Envelope enclosures opaque – U-shape
These ageing resistant, U-shaped envelope enclosures have especially been developed for archiving photographs, microfiches, glass plates and film negatives. The envelopes are available with or without an alkaline buffer, in natural white or white coloured photographic archival paper. The envelope opening is on the longer side. Both, the paper and glue have passed the Photographic Activity Test (PAT) in accordance with ISO 18916. Other sizes on request.
• 100 % bleached cellulose
• Without the usage of recycling fibres
• Free of wooden fibres
• Kappa level 1 - 2 = lignin-free
• pH 7.0 = acid-free (in accordance with ISO 6588-1:2012)
• Without alkaline reserve (buffer)
• Sizing: neutral/synthetic (without alum additive)
• Without optical brightening agents (OBA free)
• Photographic Activity Test (PAT) passed in accordance with ISO 18916:2007
